An informative one hour engagement with Ayurvedic Doctor Purnima Mehta

Dr. Purnima has practiced psychiatric and psychoanalytical care worldwide with people of all ages over the past 20 years. During this time she has helped resolve emotional pain by establishing a therapeutic relationship, allowing a safe space to identify conflicts, elucidating the family roots of dysfunctionality, and clarifying the current manifestations of these conflicts.These treatments have been used for many emotional difficulties including trauma and abuse and limiting the need for prescription medication.
